Triathlon training doesn’t have to stop in these difficult times. Pro Endurance Coaching is delighted to bring you the Room of Zoom. 8 weekly training sessions to do at home with a mix of bike turbo and a variety of specific conditioning sessions all with minimal equipment requirement. Plus a weekly 30 mins workshop on relevant topics to exercise your brain too.
Maintaining a routine is vital in these strange times and for many of us triathlon enthusiasts that training routine has been taken away from us. Pro Endurance Coaching gives you back that training routine with this structured weekly programme of sessions to join in with.
All the sessions will feature quality coaching input in terms of demos and instructions and feedback during the sessions.

Monday PM swim conditioning 7-8pm. You’ll need floorspace, a small weight and a length of theraband plus ideally somewhere to tie the band to – stable door handle, top of table leg etc.
