10th – 16th October is week 2 of training year:

We’ve 4 sessions organised to help you move forwards this week:

Tuesday run – Kelvingrove / Park Circus – new format strength and VO2 set followed up with a run vo2/speed set. Not huge km’s, plenty of rest but goodness some quality. Sign up here

Wednesday Zwift / zoom – 7pm-8:10pm session 1 is deep aerobic conditioning with a 90 sec twist / challenge at the end. Get the session through training peaks to sync on zwift (ask us for it). Zoom feed / instructions for those without zwift – click here

Friday Mobility – 6:30-7:15 – you asked for earlier so it’s on earlier!! Your coach will guide you through dynamic but gentle mobility work. via zoom – Click here.

Sunday Turbo zwift / Zoom – 4:30-5:45pm Multiple hits – 36 punches on the pedals to recruit your dormant strength. Get the session through training peaks to sync on zwift (ask us for it). Zoom feed / instructions for those without zwift – Click here
