Guidance for this session:

  1. PLEASE BOOK IN ADVANCE OF ATTENDING IF POSSIBLE
  2. Please turn up on time ready to run and dress appropriately for the weather.  Light / reflective clothing recommended when it’s dark.

A Pro Endurance Classic –  Group coached run session working on developing running ability.

BRAEHEAD TO THE MAX – Fairly short but HARD reps to expand aerobic capacity

Meet point is outside Krispy Kreme at Braehead. Parking is free in surrounding car parks –  G51 4BT  is the postcode.

Expect a comprehensive warm up and activation session followed by a small co-ordination and strength development session.  We then move  to a Session of  flat 1 minute reps.  These will run in a format of 1 min run, 1 min rest.   We will work in ability matched, friendly hard working groups.

Cost – £4.00 bought online.  Pay as you go now possible (cash only).  Booking is preferred.
