With COVID-19 causing disruption to training we are delivering 8 weekly training sessions to do at home with both bike turbo and a variety of different conditioning sessions with minimal equipment requirement. Plus a weekly 30 mins workshop on relevant topics.
Sessions are easy to sign up for via website or social media links. Pay for individual sessions before or after taking part. Each session is £3.50.

Monday PM swim conditioning 7-8pm
Tuesday AM Lower leg conditioning 7:30-8:15am
Wednesday PM Wisdom – topical workshop for endurance sport 6:30-7pm
Wednesday PM Turbo – 70 mins turbo session 7:15-8:40pm
Thursday AM Glute conditioning – 7:30-8:15am
Thursday swim conditioning 7-8pm
Friday AM Bike conditioning and mobility 7:30-8:15am
Sunday PM Circuits whole body conditioning 3:30-4:30
Sunday PM Turbo – 70 mins turbo session 4:40-6:00
