Tuesday Group Run Session – meet 6:30pm at the Knightswood Park run track next to tennis courts and bowling greens just off Chaplet Avenue.
70 min run session training class 6:30pm-7:50pm:
A Pro endurance Classic – A group run session for most run abilities This is group training with quality but also coaching. Expect a comprehensive warm up and activation session followed by some technical work and feedback before a progressive quality run session – this block is working at speed and mechanics development with flat track reps.
PLEASE BRING A RESISTANCE BAND (small loop) FOR ACTIVATION DRILLS. Limited quantities available if you don’t have one. No sharing equipment is allowed.
COVID-19 Measures in place – Please turn up on time but only shortly before the session start at 6:40pm. No hand shaking, high 5’s, hugs etc. please respect social distancing throughout the session. You should wash hands before attending the session and immediately after the session. We will train in a group of 15 and if required 2 groups of 15. please do not mix between groups to minimise risks.
Cost – £3.50 bought online. No pay as you go for the time being.
