OFF SEASON TURBO TRAINING
Time efficient quality coached training on Sunday’s.
90 mins turbo session 4:30pm-6:00pm
Riding your bike in your riding position. These sessions are progressive development of key riding parameters and technique. Designed to assist you in riding in aero position, develop your pedalling technique, strength, VO2 max, Functional Threshold Power, acceleration ability and base conditioning. Banging tunes too!!
You will need your own bike, turbo and a mat or old towel to put under your bike / turbo to protect the floor.
Turbo £5.00 booked here or £6.00 pay as you go.
