We are running a Training session with fitness testing and pace control work. It’s the ideal way to learn how fast you should be training at from a pace and heart rate perspective. You should get all the data you need to set training zones from this session but data analysis is also available at additional cost.
70 min run session 9:00am-10:10am:
PLEASE WEAR YOUR SPORTS WATCH WITH HEART RATE MONITOR. THE SESSION IS A BESPOKE FITNESS TESTING SESSION SO THE TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED.
We will be running warm up, pace control intervals and then a pace ramp to assess speed and HR. It’s a good session to substitute a normal weekend run.
COVID-19 Measures in place – Please turn up on time but only shortly before the session start at 6:40pm. No hand shaking, high 5’s, hugs etc. please respect social distancing throughout the session. You should wash hands before attending the session and immediately after the session. We will train in a group of up to 12.
Cost – £6.00 bought online. No pay as you go for the time being.
