With COVID-19 causing disruption to training we are delivering 7 weekly training sessions to do at home with both bike turbo and a variety of different conditioning sessions with minimal equipment requirement.
Sessions are easy to sign up for via website or social media links. 2 Weeks access for all sessions is £22.00
SESSIONS AS FOLLOWS:
Monday PM swim conditioning 7-8pm
Tuesday AM Lower leg conditioning 7:15-8:00am
Wednesday PM Turbo – 70 mins turbo session 7:20-8:35pm
Thursday AM S+C conditioning – 7:15-8:00am
Friday AM Mobility 7:15-8:00am
Sunday PM Circuits whole body conditioning 3:30-4:30
Sunday PM Turbo – 70 mins turbo session 4:45-6:00
