Five 1 hour face to face sessions with your coach to work at specific aspects of endurance sport – technique development, strength, fitness etc
This voucher is for a block of 4 1-2-1 coached training sessions.
Each session will be ~60 mins long and structured to meet your individual needs / goals as discussed when booking. Sessions will link with each other and you may be set some training to do between sessions to maximise progress.
