There is lots planned in July - time trial swims, strength development (bring your paddles), swim exit / transitions, dive starts for elites, technical feedback, swim run equipment trials and training options.
Today's "time off" was riding Edinburgh 70.3 bike course with 6 Pro Endurance Clients / service users. Honest course that requires fitness, control and technical handling skills.
